1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or booking an appointment you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Docly.fit.

2. What Docly.fit does

Docly.fit helps patients find doctors, clinics and hospitals and book appointments with them. We are a booking platform, not a healthcare provider: medical advice, diagnosis and treatment are the responsibility of the doctor you consult.

3. Patient accounts

Give accurate details, keep your password and verification codes private, and book only for yourself or someone you are authorised to book for. Do not misuse the platform or other people's information.

4. Doctors, clinics and hospitals

Doctors must provide accurate qualifications, a valid medical registration and clinic details. Clinics and hospitals must provide accurate facility details. We review every application before it appears on Docly.fit, but approval is not a guarantee of clinical quality. Professionals remain responsible for their registrations, conduct and care.

5. Medical emergencies

Docly.fit is not an emergency service. In an emergency call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

6. Appointments

Appointments are booked in one-hour slots. A booking is a request until the doctor confirms it; you can track its status in your dashboard. Doctors may see patients at their own clinic or at a partner clinic or hospital — the location for your date is shown before you book and on your booking.

7. Fees and the booking fee

• The consultation fee is set by the doctor and shown on their profile.
• When you book, you pay a booking fee of 10% of the consultation fee to Docly.fit. It is part of the consultation fee, not extra: you pay the remaining 90% at the clinic.
• The booking fee secures your slot and lets the doctor plan for your visit.
• Online payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store card details.

8. Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel an upcoming appointment from your dashboard.
• If you cancel at least 4 hours before the appointment, your booking fee is refunded in full.
• If you cancel less than 4 hours before, or do not attend, the booking fee is not refunded.
• If the doctor or Docly.fit cancels, your booking fee is always refunded in full.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method.

9. Availability and acceptable use

We work to keep Docly.fit available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, provide false information, or put others at risk.

10. Intellectual property

The Docly.fit name, logo, design and content belong to Kolahoi Sheen Dairy Private Limited. Doctors keep the rights to the profile information and photos they provide and allow us to display them.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced on the site.
